For each product please select the pack size and colour, and the quantity from the drop-down boxes and click the 'Add to cart' link beside. This will add your selected items to the shopping cart, and show you the current contents of the cart.

Viewing / amending your order
You can check the contents of the shopping cart at any time by clicking any view cart link, located near the top of each page.

You can change the quantity of any item by altering the figure in the box and then clicking the 'UPDATE' button.

You can delete any item from the shopping cart by clicking 'REMOVE' button or by changing the quantity shown to '0' and then clicking the 'UPDATE' button.

To add more items, click the continue shopping button.
To avoid duplicating items you have already ordered, always use 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' when you return from the shopping cart.
Do not use your browser's 'back' button to do this.

Completing your order
When your order is complete, click the go to payments button, and fill in the details requested.

Make a note of the order number which appears on the final screen.


Payment methods
We now only accept card payments via PayPal - you do NOT need to already have or to create a PayPal account to pay by this method.

If you do not have a PayPal account select 'Credit card or direct cash payment by PayPal' and on the PayPal Order Summary page select the second option 'Pay with a debit or credit card' - note that sign up is entirely optional. On the form that opens fill in you card type and the details requested. The address details should be those of the cardholder.

If you already have a Paypal Account you can pay using either your account balance or by a credit or debit card registered to your PayPal account. When you select 'Credit card or direct cash payment by PayPal' you will be taken to the PayPal login page, and from here you can authorise your payment.

Bank Transfer/Faster Payment
If you select this method we will send you an email with the bank details. Please send an email when you have paid so we can confirm the payment.


We aim to despatch orders within 7 working days where all items ordered are in stock. If we anticipate any additional delay, we will tell you.

All our products are guaranteed by the manufacturer to be fit for the purposes described. Other advice is given in good faith, but without specific guarantee where the use to which it is put is outside our control. Your attention is drawn to the use of card in home and office printers below.

If you are unsure of the suitability of any product for your purposes please request a sample before buying in quantity.

If you have received any item you believe to be faulty in any way, please let us know. We will do our utmost to find a satisfactory solution to any problem you have with anything we have supplied.

We will, at our discretion, replace or refund any faulty item, subject to the customer having observed due care in the handling and storage of the product (see below).

Please note that paper is susceptible to moisture and changes in atmospheric humidity and the action of light, all of which can adversely affect its functional properties. It must be kept wrapped and stored in a stable, dry atmosphere and away from strong light at all times.

Important: printing card on home/office printers
Exceeding the recommended paper thickness limit for your printer may cause damage and invalidate the warranty. For occasional use only, some ink-jet printers with a straight paper path may print successfully, but customers must check their printer documentation before using our products as we can give no guarantee of their suitability for any particular process.

We do not supply goods on approval. Please ask for a sample if you are unsure about the suitability of any item.

Do NOT return any item unless we have agreed that you do so. Returned goods in saleable condition may be subject to a handling/restocking charge.

Returned items must be adequately protected to prevent any damage, preferably in the original packaging. We cannot be held responsible for items returned to us without prior arrangement or without adequate protective packaging.

We are unable to credit or refund returned items which are not received in saleable condition.

We are unable to refund any carriage charges except in the case of faulty goods. Your statutory rights are not affected in any way.
