Having started Locate Architects in January 2004, it is early days yet, but the intention is to grow into a small, multidisciplinary office.

The principal, Chris Morgan, is one of only two RIAS 3* accredited Architects in Sustainable design in Scotland, and is currently Co-Chair of the Scottish Ecological Design Association. He holds two first class degrees from Newcastle University along with Certificates in both Permaculture and Building Biology.

Unusually for an Architect, he has spent a couple of years in total working on a number of different building sites and with around 15 years spent grappling with sustainability in design, he is recognised as one of the leading Ecological Architects in the UK.
