For most products ordering is a simple two stage process, enabling you to select a number of matching items on a page before adding them to the shopping cart.

On the product details page change the figure in the quantity drop-down box to the number of packs required for each item. If you want more than 9 packs, see 'amending your order' below.

Where requested, you must also select a pack size and/or a colour using the adjacent buttons.

When you have completed all your selections on that page, click the Add selected to order button located near the bottom of the page. This will add your selected items to the shopping cart, and show you the current contents of the cart.

If the product has no quantity box, there will be an 'add to order' link which operates both the stages above with one click. The shopping cart will show the quantity as '1', you can change this here if required.

Viewing / amending your order
You can check the contents of the shopping cart at any time by clicking any view current order link, located near the top of each page.

You can change the quantity of any item by altering the figure in the box and then clicking the recalculate button.

Removing an item
You can delete any item from the shopping cart by clicking the trash can icon beside the quantity or by changing the quantity shown to '0' and then clicking the recalculate button, which is lower down the page.

Adding more items
To add more items, click the continue shopping button.
To avoid duplicating items you have already ordered, always use continue shopping when you return from the shopping cart.
Do not use your browser's 'back' button to do this.

Completing your order
To calculate the carriage cost, please make a selection from the drop down box on the shopping cart page, and click recalculate.

When your order is complete, click the go to payments button, and fill in the details requested. For card payments the cardholders details must be entered correctly and in full in the Purchase Details section. Failure to do this may result in the card being declined (more information) .

Make a note of the order number which appears on the final screen.

If you see an ERROR message
You will see an ERROR message in the cart if you have failed to choose one or more of the pack options (for example pack size or colour) before adding the item to your order. Please remove the item as described above, then click continue shopping. Add the item again, making sure you have selected one of the choices from each of the lists shown against the item.

Print out the text order form and fill it in.

You can pay by cheque, P.O. or Bank Transfer/Faster Payment (please ask us for instructions).

We regret that due to new security requirements we can no longer accept mail and telephone orders for payment by card. If you wish to pay by card please order via this website.

PayPal and Debit/Credit Cards

We now only accept card payments via PayPal - you do NOT need to already have or to create a PayPal account to pay by this method.

If you do not have a PayPal account select 'Credit card or direct cash payment by PayPal' and on the PayPal Order Summary page select the second option 'Pay with a debit or credit card' - note that sign up is entirely optional. On the form that opens fill in you card type and the details requested. The address details should be those of the cardholder.

If you already have a Paypal Account you can pay using either your account balance or by a credit or debit card registered to your PayPal account. When you select 'Credit card or direct cash payment by PayPal' you will be taken to the PayPal login page, and from here you can authorise your payment.

Our terms are payment with order - otherwise we will email a pro-forma invoice before despatch. Please ensure you give us a valid e-mail address to do this.

We try our best to keep all published prices up to date, but please note that prices may be subject to change without notice, and the prices ruling on the date we despatch will apply. We will tell you if any significant price change affects your order.

Prices include VAT at 20% unless indicated otherwise, for all orders processed from 4th January 2011.

    We normally use a carrier (a signature will be required), or First Class Post for lighter weight orders.

  • orders £75 - £250 - £5.00 per parcel up to 30kg. This cannot be paid via the shopping cart - we will contact you to arrange payment of the additional carriage amount. Over £250 carriage free.

    If you are unsure of the weight, but would agree to pay the surcharge if over 2kg, please select 'Highlands and Islands over 2 kg' and we will charge according to the actual weight. All 500 sheet/envelope packs weigh more than 2kg.

Please note that we deliver to UK addresses only.

despatch

We aim to despatch orders within 7 working days where all items ordered are in stock. If we anticipate any additional delay, we will tell you.

We normally use a carrier for deliveries to England, Wales and most of the Scottish mainland.

If you are usually out during the day
Please ensure you give us alternative delivery instructions. If the carrier is unable to deliver to you within 7 days of their first attempt the parcel will be returned to us, and if this happens a charge will be made for re-delivery.

Delivery of your order
Your order should arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of damage, please only sign for the parcel if you can put a note regarding the damage. Inform us and the carrier at once, so that we can put things right and make a claim.

We re-use as much as possible of our incoming packaging to pack your order, and all our packaging materials are intended to be re-used and/or recycled.

guarantee

All our products are guaranteed by the manufacturer to be fit for the purposes described. Other advice is given in good faith, but without specific guarantee where the use to which it is put is outside our control. Your attention is drawn to the use of card in home and office printers below.

If you are unsure of the suitability of any product for your purposes please request a sample before buying in quantity.

If you have received any item you believe to be faulty in any way, please let us know. We will do our utmost to find a satisfactory solution to any problem you have with anything we have supplied.

We will, at our discretion, replace or refund any faulty item, subject to the customer having observed due care in the handling and storage of the product (see below).

Please note that paper is susceptible to moisture and changes in atmospheric humidity and the action of light, all of which can adversely affect its functional properties. It must be kept wrapped and stored in a stable, dry atmosphere and away from strong light at all times.

returns

We do not supply goods on approval. Please ask for a sample if you are unsure about the suitability of any item.

Do NOT return any item unless we have agreed that you do so. Returned goods in saleable condition may be subject to a handling/restocking charge of £5.95 per parcel.

Returned items must be adequately protected to prevent any damage, preferably in the original packaging. We cannot be held responsible for items returned to us without prior arrangement or without adequate protective packaging.

We are unable to credit or refund returned items which are not received in saleable condition.

We are unable to refund any carriage charges except in the case of faulty goods. Your statutory rights are not affected in any way.

Important note: printing card on office printers
Exceeding the recommended paper thickness limit for your printer may cause damage and invalidate the warranty. For occasional use only, some ink-jet printers with a straight paper path may print successfully - passing a test sheet through, without printing, using the ‘form-feed’ function may give a guide.

All correspondence cards listed here are too thick for normal laser printers and copiers. Customers must check their printer documentation before using our products as we can give no guarantee of their suitability for any particular process. You can use our sample service to obtain test sheets.
